Actually, in my interpretation of the brochure, I believe that there ultimately isn't any difference between that, and the structure diagram they released.

Both show KATG as being the main holding company. KATC was always shown as being under KATG.

I think it's possible that the difference in descriptions could be due to one of a many reasons. Most likely are:

1) KATX management changed their minds on what they wanted to do.

2) They mis-represented their intent with either of the descriptions.

3) They still don't know what they want and are flip-flopping.

4) They think both descriptions mean exactly the same thing...


Obviously, other reasons could be true as well... and this is just IMO.
