Pumpings are never good for any true & real companies. Most pumpings were from outside of this board. Some were purposely created to hurt KAT. Pump & Dump happens to many many stocks. Can't avoid that at all, Its up to each individual to look out for that. Our own DD is the most important. And there's no short-cut to any thorough DD.
