Please note that ART is at last right about something! He predicts that CDEX will not go on the OTCBB before July 2005.

Make that before July 2006, ART, and you will be a real Gypsy!!

The question is, why should CDEX go on the OTCBB when they already have a market as such for their stock through the CEXI gray market thing?

They have no product for sale yet, just a few valimeds out under "test" at some friendly hospitals.

Going on the OTCBB is premature, and any SP increases would be based on some highly risky specualtion, or P&D. Not a desirable outcome for a stock that contends that they are striving for respectability.

The BOD, employees and PP holders can sell their stock on the Gray market, provided that they do not try to dump them all at once, but feed them in gradually, they can get from a buck thirty to a buck fifty for their shares.

The LOCH?CDEX shareholders can do likewise, of course, but for a large number of them, maybe most, their basis per share is much higher than what the gray market can yield. But in truth, they are contributing nothing to the company, ergo no reason why the company CEO should be concerned in the least about them.

They are a nuisance, but a minor one. They clamor for attention, which is rarely forthcoming.

MP is a real stoic when it comes to caring about the yelling and criticism coming at him for that quarter.
