Where does the article say he was gone from General Bio Energy? I don't see anything about General Bio Energy in the article or his association with it.

That article was dated Jul 2009. In Feb 2009 he entered a least with Margaret and Mike Shenher as president of General Bio Energy - there is a link to the lease in one of my previous posts.

That lease was filed with the SEC in an 8k dated 29 Apr 10 and received 3 May 10
