yep .. strongly suspect that individual mentioned
(the shareholder who did the *restricted* at .001
for one year approx 75M to 80M by my calcs) did
indeed sell those 50M back in late march 2010
(from memory what was sold was in the .0016 to .0014
range for those shares)

anyone who asked about that transaction contemporaneously
had zero doubts

once kendrick was appointed to the BOD (the pieces fit)
it's why i suspect that kendrick .. who had been a (approx)
2 percent original investor into the company .. had the months
of april/may/june/july and 3 weeks of aug to buy EXPH shares
on the open market b4 being appointed to the BOD .. where the rules change

i asked mgmt specifically about this since i know of a long
who strongly believes kendrick now holds 400M to 500M EXPH shares
(i'd been a little more conservative in my tallies)

anyhow .. even as an electively reporting co. .. mgmt made it
clear that if shares were purchased on the open market .. all
insiders/BOD .. had to file within days per co.s legal counsel


just one of the facts i'm interested in see totals on
when the new ceo is known ... and whether the new ceo holds common or pref'd shares
