You say that Large Hospitals, PBM's or Hospital Groups would manage their inventories better than my assumption. Yet in the basis of this conversation you are saying they wouldn't have their inventories under control after the first 14 weeks of rollout.

I agree with the first statement which would be that destocking would have had little effect on q4.

Time will tell.
