It is impossible for charts to predict future prices when a junior company has a drill operating on the property. Maybe you can successfully chart I B M or Microsoft but not little companies like KATX like now when it is waiting for drill results. A chart can't tell you that winter is here right now and most exploration companies go into hibernation mode. Guys who run markets can make a chart look like anything they want.
