Effective January 18, 2011, Benjamin Daitch resigned as a stated member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Daitch's resignation was due to the terms of an employment contract which he recently signed for another company and he has no disagreement with the Company on any matter related to accounting, operations, policies or practices.
