Are you kidding? CEO...honor...honor statements? That's funny.

Why are you asking Stockcharter? Because he's IRO, right? Don't forget this is the man who had his non-dilution agreement breached which was a major reason for investors buying and holding. If the CEO can dishonor that agreement, do you really think he'd think twice about reverse splitting if that's what he wanted?
