The problem is that this POS said that there would be no dilution last year and than back door'ed us and changed the registration and diluted the piss out of the stock. He then posted several times on his website that deals were pending and even posted that investors should pick up shares while they were cheap. It is now almost nine months without and news and several years without any meaningful deals yet this scumbag travels first class around the world on our dime.

When all is said and done, I believe that his changing the registration and increasing the A/S will prove to be illegal because their should have been a shareholder vote. Also, suggesting on his website that investors should buy cheap stock and then doing nothing but dilute, will wind up putting his big fat ass in jail!
