OTOH, unless I'm mistaken about the way current GDP is counted, all the overtime pay at the Public Works Dept for snow removal is counted as GDP . . . so is the payout for the SUV that the infamous NYC snow plow trashed live on video. Heck, it could be another version of cash for clunkers program. LOL.

All jokes aside, I can certainly appreciate the impact on real economy that the bad weather is causing. Warming is so much better than being a mile under the glacier ice, like attested to by those boulders in Central Park.
