mlaw...yes it does. For that recurring charge to be there makes a lot of sense that this could be Hertas fee. A consultant fee on a 10K or a 10Q doesn't neccesarily mean that is for "consulting". I know my accountant uses language on my taxes and the words used don't have anything to do with where the money went. All legal, it's just a way of stating expenses.
