Newly, CFC does indeed service. They bought my loan from ETurd and promptly screwed up the paperwork and failed to record joint ownership of my wife's and my home. They are fee-extracting, slime ball organization in my experience, always touting the so-called "flexibility" benefits of interest only loans. You're right, though, they will probably sell all their soon-to-default loans to Freddie and Fannie Mae leaving the taxpayers as the bagholders. Just as an aside, you do a great job on this thread. Very interesting perspective and some good trading ideas ! THANKS !
