The 800k short interest is from Bloomberg: http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/quote?ticker=CPOW:US

The 3.5% was a typo, or a senior moment. Take your pick. Should be .035% of the shares outstanding. I think.

And Bloomberg shows 240.078M shares with 183.083M float.

I've about used up all my posts.

And that is probably a good thing.
