Just another method IMO and perhaps last ditch attempt to persuade investors to buy more shares permitting greater dilution by the CEO. Divert the guilt back onto the shareholders. How this thing is even still going is the most unbelievable part. This stock is so bad it would be a compliment to call it a POS.
