When you look at the volume and compare it to the float, people are holding their shares real tight. Everyone knows that this could be a potential goldmine and others want in. But as long as some weak shareholders let go of their shares at these prices then the pps will not rise. It will only rise 1) with good news, 2) interest and 3) if shareholders hold out for higher prices.

We have interest and for the most part shareholders are holding (with the exception of a few weak souls which keeps the price down). Now all we need is a little info from Stan. I agree with Fink, a LOI would be fantastic, but I would settle for just a "hang in there" memo for right now.
