It seems that investors were willing to pay .25 for KAT recently, what do you think will happen should substantial value be added?

also, I'm no expert but I've noticed that all PPS's fluctuate, sometimes widely in any industry or sector.

you shouldn't forget KAT is a young company, who has already accomplished much in its short life. perhaps this is due to proper planning and patience.
