Sure, IDCN ain't the only stock in history that diluted. The problem here is that IDCNs CEO and President Jeffrey R. Bruhjell http://www.indocan.com/corporateinfo.html, lied to his own IR Kenneth R. Ash, Email: kenash@stockchartergroup.com, Tel # (910)300-8189 http://www.stockchartergroup.com/about.html about: "Dilution, what, NO NO NO there ain't absolutely no dilution going on at all, never??!!" (He forgot to add: ...NOT NEVER)
