Ken had about 100 plus million extra shares in the float when the SS was done a year ago and he is using that shares and money to play/flip just like traders
the financiers is Mr. X which could be anyone and doing the fund raising for KATX
he might have also received 50 million shares for the services
Mr. X could be a friend or relative
that is the reason we stayed in pink land for longer than anticipated
no filings and explanation
