float can not be reduce like OS, that reduction was my prove that he still had shares in the bank that he decided to cancel
the float before the new SS was in 160 million or so
when he announced the AS reduction he also announced float at 320 million
at one point he tried to get away with 332 million and I was the one created the argument and ask explanations
almost the whole board was against me and right after that Ken announced the reduction to 290
float need to be bought back in order to be reduced
he has no money supposedly to buy back shares from the float/market
that leaves one other option which means was never used some of it
also I remember very well that back in December, there was a e mail sent ti him and ask him if KATX ever sold into the news because we could not sustain a rally
the answer was.. We might of sold in order to deflate or something like that not sure of the right word at this moment that was used
