The only way to work with it (if you believe in the stock), is to average into it. If you go all in at once, you are powerless. This is where most newbies miss the boat and get killed. They eventually tire and sell for a loss.

If you can keep your cost average at a respectable level, you will eventually win. You may have a few ulcers along the way, but if you believe in the stock, you can sleep a little better.
