RAIT Financial Trust Acquires Non-Traded Public REIT:
This story is a fairly big deal obviously and I trust and hope that RAS management knows what they are doing. Article said they paid 2.3 million for this puppy which obviously diluted us some. That said, I am in and will stay in with a good hunk of change as they seem to be headed in the right direction. Not the safest bet in the world, but one that may pay off pretty big one day I hope.
