A point you may be missing in this scrnario. There seems to be a transition going on here. Cornell is moving from being a loan shark controlling Neom to a situation where they are obligated to buy into Neom at their risk. You can bet that Neom is going to pick the spots when they obligate Cornell to buy shares. If the share price drops Cornell is the bag holder. Cornell people are not a bunch of born yesterday yokels that they are going to enter a situation where they are obligated to buy shares at Neoms disgression unless they are dead sure that Neoms prospects are indeed bright. Im sure Cornell wouldnt enter such an arrangement with even a big board listed company without knowing that companies future prospects inside out. Im sure this is one of those rare times that Cornell commits itself to such an arrangement which imo augers well for Neom future prospects.
