frankie, would it surprise you if you heard that the person selling today was StockCharter, yes the person that recommended that this was an EXCELLENT BUY? Now he posts he didn't know. He is responsible to know before he puts such recommendations out or am I looking at it incorrectly and he can put out anything whenever he gets the urge?
