As soon as the stock sees a little (possible uptick) buying pressure, HDSN lowers himself on the ask. If regular dilution, he could easily get his ask price w/o lowering it at that time.

So why would he being doing that? Hmmmmmmmmm I have a few suspicions as I am sure many of you watching do as well.
