It's no different then Geo's stating that RR could potentially be an IOCG like OD.

He gave an estimate of POTENTIAL worth of the property.

Obviously, it could be worth NOTHING. But since work hasn't proven otherwise, then I'd say so far so good.


I do agree that throwing numbers around is not a good practice, but I don't think it was meant in a malicious way.
