Exactly - if any group were "elite" it was our founders, most were well-traveled learned people who spoke several languages, the VERY thing teabaggers hate the most - or more accurately, feel inferior to.

What amazes me is Michele Bachmann's voting District - apparently a majority of them are equally as dumb as she.
