I am not following.

Spell out for us a bit more what conclusions you are trying to draw.

General Bio Energy was Mike Shenher (CEO's) former company. There is an 8K earlier explaining the relationship - CPOW acquired General Bio.

My concerns - just being balanced:

1) no PR came out with the last 8K about the processing plant.

2) This stock has not been trading in Canada for a week. Apparently this will be behind us after the close of the market today. I do hope this is not extended.
