I hope you don't take the 'shortness' of my response this AM as a lack of interest in what you had to say here. I was on my way to work at the time, and now that I've had a chance to read it a bit more thoroughly I can appreciate the points you are making. You seem like a straight-shooting, responsible investor who likes to 'know' what he's investing his money in.....which is more than I can say for myself sometimes, since I mainly play the charts.

That being said, I'm not sure you can expect (as an 'investor' in the PINKS) to really be able to 'push' a company like KATX towards achieving its intended, or stated, goals. If and when they do become reporting, then yes they can be held accountable... with the expectations of shareholders being held to a higher standard. Until then we are essentially in the 'wild west' here...and anything can and will go. So you should protect your money as best you can (ie - learning to trade in and out IMO).

From what I've read of your posts, you seem pretty honest and forthright in your approach....and deserving of a membermark IMO. GLTU ........rule
