Tell me Raw, do you know for a fact that the additional 54 billion shares were issued for the merger? Are they restricted or free trading?

The company hasn't filed an 8K regarding the merger (they have 30 days to do so on a material event). There has not been a registration statement filed since 2002, and based on volume, there are more than 300 shareholders, lol. How soon until the SEC shuts this down just like they did CMKX? I'm sure they'll take note of the volume.

The company has issued PR's with vague information. They tested their product. With whom? Internal test? Are the results published? The company in Russia that has no information available, who are they?

TOO many warning flags. Lebed was paid 22.5K to pump this. Why? To get buyers for the 56 BILLION new shares?? This thing traded more volume than the NYSE today. The SEC will be on this in a heartbeat, IMO.
