I'm assuming the worse because of the time its taking. If the news coming was good we would have heard something by now. I also believe the BVIG shares are being purposely delayed because of poor RR results to prevent a sell off.

The longer this continues the more convinced I am that we are heading much lower than our current .03, perhaps Ken is looking for something positive to release to offset the bad RR news. I'm thinking it will be about up-listing KATX to OTCBB, this takes time and could be what they are waiting for.

Clearly something is going on behind the scenes, drilling results don't take this long to be analyzed this time of the year. Our 2 week delay has passed, PR the results already.
