I guess i'm not exactly sure what a reverse merger is.

merger = company A and company B become company C

reverse merger = company A becomes companies B and C ?

.... so GXXL become an independent entity with a product, but an additional 10X shares were created that the parent retained ?..

if so, then the average joe who owned GXXL before the reverse merger still seem himself diluted 10x.... cause the parent will sell those shares...

anyway.... I'm not trying to argue... just trying to make sense of this.... like I said. I don't know much this stuff.
