Is it time that somebody opened up Ophelia's eyes?
Do you suppose she knows all about the Lucent evaluation of Cu@OCx, the earlier version of NVEI's disruptive technology that was going to solve the last mile bottleneck? And after the evaluation was exposed as being something less than scientific or even real, that Cu@OCx magic technology seemed to disappear.
In the absence of any test data or hard evidence showing just what the HelloSoft evaluation of Embarq was, why would anybody in their right mind conclude that the Hare Krishnas did any more than Lucent did? Da Boyz don't do technology, Ophelia---they put out PRs, paid IR pumps, sell discounted 144s, negotiate usurious loans, and otherwise destroy shareholder value. Adaptive Network took $5.7million to develop Embarq. They returned it to NVEI. There is no working, viable tech. There is no completed FPGA. There is no ASIC.
NVEI has no meaningful funds for development; it has told the SEC is has a going concern uncertainty; it has not paid its loan(s) off for its surfing movie. No financing, no tech, no product, no sales, no revenue, no profit. GoodbyeHard.
