Something about the states had 26 weeks, and the Fed added 13 more. I think it had lapsed or something, and then the Fed added, so maybe that was 13 weeks ago. I don't really understand that stuff, but an article on CBSmarketwatch said Dec 28th was it for a lot of people.

Futures made another try at 932.00 and managed to poke over it, but tanked to under 930.00. PREM looks to be trying a bounce along with the TICK.
