most financier would love to gain a seat at the co BOD.
That's why they lend the money to begin with,
and try to accumulate as many shares as they can for the power
of voting later on.
My cousin did that, he lended $$ to one new co, and kept accumulating shares,
he finally became one of the directors with the co board.
That co is now doing great.
