what we don't know is if that something deficient is going to delay the application by a short time, a long time, or be of a nature that teva cannot adequately address it at all

the fact it is a "minor" deficiency letter does suggest the deficiency is something they can address, but we really don't know. part of me thinks the absence of more detail about the questions raises hopes that the deficiency can be more significant since if it was really trivial it would be in teva's interest to spell it out, but that could just be the optimist in me
