ok say you are novartis - you have to pay mnta another 100M until teva gets approved (4 months of sole generic) then 50M or so annually. they then would get 100% of generic copaxone
throw away the rest of the company - what is that worth to NVS?

i say 100M plus 400M plus 100M at a minimum plus 200M cash on hand = 800M

why wouldnt the parties agree to a buyout for around that price and NVS gets mnta's other assest for free
