From the technical report itself:
"This report is formally an Independent Technical Report prepared
to Canadian National Instrument 43-101 standards. The report is based on information provided
by and discussions with Company personnel and the original property owner, Mr. Joe Riives,
together with two field examinations of the property."
If you'd like to explain why it it's even close to qualifying as a NI 43-101 I'll gladly rename the sticky post without the NI 43-101 title. I posted a compliation of due diligence from various posters and will promptly make any corrections necessary.
