Groove, I am not arguing (nor am I interested in your old posts), I am pointing out the FACT that its not completed yet.

The Semiconductor Technologies are in the development and testing stage. Our objective over the next twelve months is to complete the development and testing of a beta version of our Semiconductor Technologies.
