Royal the shares are worthless as you elude to unless Carl & Mr Chang can sustain the value. Once a deal is announced it has to be profitable for them via cash flow as in a large down payment and a rising pps. They're not in this for their health. I also don't expect a r/s or dilution. Another reason VSPC did not award Carl stock. Look he has 1,400,000 shs of VGREF with no market value until a deal is annunced. Go figure.
