I am going to re-state my OPINION which is that KATX does NOT have the results. It would be an epic fail to have the results and lie in PR that the lab still has them. #1) an uncovered lie would shatter investor confidence possibly beyond repair. Things not going according to plan is one thing - lies are another. Investors can forgive the former but rarely the latter. #2) the lab could come back at KATX for libel by implying in the public domain they are slow to do their jobs when they had in fact turned results over. #3) the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KATX is himself a trusted attorney, I think they know better than to put a blatant falsehood in writing that could recoil on his practice and reputation.

To those that believe KATX is stalling on releasing results, I am assuming you think that the reason for the stall is that it's bad news.

Has anyone ever heard of someone winning the lottery and not coming forward immediately? Yeah, it happens all the time. They go and see their attorneys and accountants and such before coming forward.

IF the company had the results already (which they don't) you cannot ASSUME they are being withheld because they are crap results. If they are really, really good you'd want to have your ducks in a row too.

Disclaimer. My opinions. And guess what, I too am going to be most disappointed if the results are not good. I have half my sad little portfolio in this company.
