If Mexcor isn't selling enough, there won't be $50,000 payments, you can bet on that. That schedule has to be based on certain sales figures. You think Mexcor is selling $25,000/mo with a profit of, say $5,000, that Mexccor is going to go in the hole? I don't think so.
Example. Why wasn't the income from Mexcor $60,000 Q ending 10/31/10. $20,000 minimum per month, as you contend? We won't even go to the $50,000 figure yet. Anyway, you post $35,000 for months 7-9 and after that $50,000/month.
So Q/E 1/31/11 will also be a minimum of $60,000. Right?
Then $105,000 for Q/E 4/30/11. After that it would be $150,000 per Q.

I don't think we have all the facts, actually. Mexcor is not going to send DKAM more than it makes. Quite the contrary, Mexcor will send a part of it's profits, if there are any.
