I certainly don't begrudge Maj the ability to sell his findings in a subscription service as long as it does not run afoul of SEC rules and regulations. Again, I believe that Maj should have have given the company an opportunity to respond to all those allegations before he puts it on his public website. Just as you had difficulty understanding through the thick accents and translations, I'm sure the company reps also had difficulty understanding what Maj's team had to say. What is wrong with giving them a chance to look into it and respond before the news came out that reduced the company's market cap by about $15 million?

Similiar situation with LTUSD. Maj had an appraisal done that showed the company way overpaid for a property, posted about it, and the stock tanked. From what I could find, there is no way that appraisal could be realistic, but the damage is done and we still are patiently waiting for a followup. Between the two of them, I have dropped a bundle.

First, you said you heard rumors of Maj's investigation and now you say you were actively involved in it. What is apparent is that somebody was spreading stories about the investigation well before it went on his website via PMs here. One doesn't need to be a company insider to engage in SEC prohibited insider trading. I'm just saying be careful what you say and do.
