You would have to look up the Regs, Rules, and the Fees for Newfoundland. Our Provinces and Territories all have different Guidelines. As an example in British Columbia we can claim the Mineral Rights for 50 acres for one year for $9. Then if we want to go into year 2 it requires around $90 worth of work on that one small piece. But of course the system and the rules and the fees are a bit more intricate than that.
