I'm not sure, Larry told me that both parties were working quickly to come to a resolution and they both understood that FINRA could halt trading if they did not. When I ask him why he said because they were currently in default.

I don't think it's a big deal and don't think that will happen. Larry said he was very confident that the issues would be resolved in the coming weeks... he did says he would know more today, but ask me to call him next week for and update.

He wanted to ensure that everyone is signed up for the company emails the company website @ http://www.formcapcorp.com/


If you could, give Larry a call and ask for further details and then post them for us. Otherwise, I will call him next week as I was advised.
