Yes, another possibility. I do think in this case that Mesa Airlines could get sued by shareholders if no value is given to shareholders before going private, given they are in Chapter 11 vs Chapter 7.

So that could also explain the current PPS...speculation of what that might be.

In the absence of that which is not, that which is, is not.
