My summer trip to New York allowed me to make a few stops along the way, I showed Mary, Rhinecliff, New York, where I once attended the Cardinal Farley Military Academy, then to Rhinebeck to have lunch at the Beekman Arms, the site of Clinton's wedding, and the oldest Inn in America, and finally a stop at Hyde Park to see FDR's residence and grounds, and overlook the beautiful Hudson River Valley.
To hear someone proclaim him as a communist really is disheartening, he was truly a great American, and a President who effected so many lives, and to this day the creation of Social Security has benefited millions upon millions of people in a positive way.
To the person who stated he was anything else but an effective President I ask, what the hell of you done to even come close to Roosevelt's many accomplishments. The list would be endless, so I will let you crawl back into your hole.
