It's possible that there is an Arab business entity that is doing what is described here, but I would only want to day trade this one, too much downside. SPPH is too similar to symbol SPPI--"Spectrum Pharmaceuticals" IMO. Al-Dorra is a real company but has not acknowledged a business relationship or potential one with Spencer. Do your DD. For me that would mean find a dozen examples of similar buyouts that ended well for the investors.
