Well maybe you have in the past.....but if what you are saying is true about making profit on this in the past, then you would have had to buy in this range before if you were lucky.....charts are nice...but never tell the full story on penny stocks.....these can turn on a dime with news.....charts cannot predict that.....

With CBIS.....very strong support at this level.....people know news is coming, but what they do not know is how big the news will be......

If the company is going to annouce the approval and distribution of the divy in the form of preferred shares, do you not think that some sort of announcement would be made to proppel the pps? What I think you are going to see is a series of PR's from the company outlining new contracts, expansion plans, and yes, clinical trials that they have been hinting at for a while.....IMO

I also think that it is going to happen next week....again...IMO
