What are RMTD Products, 99year VMI license, Infrastructure, Operations, and Networks worth to Telogis?

That's a good question.

And it goes to whether there was anything illegal done when Telogis "acquired the assets" from RMTD. And as to which party may have done the illegal thing and how it was done.

I think that's far more relevant to the value of a holding in this stock than the possibility of a merger with Telogis.

It's too bad no shareholder has a large enough stake in this to have a lawyer contact Telogis to demand and receive an answer.
